Privacy Policy
How Bullish Tools Trading LLC collects, uses, and protects information when you use BullishTools.com.
Last updated: June 2026
1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Bullish Tools Trading LLC ("Bullish Tools," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit BullishTools.com (the "Site") or use the tools, calculators, comparisons, and educational content we publish there. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described below. If you don't agree with this policy, please don't use the Site.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information directly from you, and a small amount automatically through your use of the Site.
Information you provide directly:
- Contact form. Your name, email address, and the message you submit — used solely to respond to your question or comment.
- Email signup / membership list. Your email address, used to notify you about new tools, content, and the eventual launch of paid membership tiers. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Information collected automatically:
- Standard server logs — things like IP address, browser type, and pages requested, which most web servers collect by default for security and operational purposes.
- Display preference. Your light/dark theme choice is saved locally in your own browser (via localStorage) so the Site remembers it on your next visit. This value stays on your device — it is never transmitted to us.
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site in aggregate. Google Analytics collects standard usage data such as pages visited, time on site, and general location. This data is anonymous and not linked to any personal information. Google's privacy policy governs how Google handles this data — you can review it at policies.google.com/privacy.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To respond to questions and messages submitted through the Contact form
- To send the updates you've signed up to receive, and let you know when new tools or membership options become available
- To maintain, secure, and improve the Site
- To comply with applicable legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Cookies & Local Storage
BullishTools.com does not use tracking or advertising cookies of our own. The only thing we store in your browser directly is the single display preference described above (light vs. dark theme), saved via localStorage rather than a cookie. Google Analytics, however, does set its own cookies to distinguish unique visitors and sessions — these are Google's cookies, governed by Google's privacy policy, not ours. You can clear them at any time through your own browser settings.
5. Third-Party Links & Affiliate Disclosure
Our broker, tool, and gear comparison pages include outbound links to third-party companies. Some of these are affiliate or referral links, meaning we may earn a commission if you open an account or make a purchase through them — at no extra cost to you. We try to flag these clearly wherever they appear, and full disclosure is also noted directly on the relevant pages.
Once you click through to a third-party site, you're subject to that company's own privacy policy, not ours. We encourage you to review it.
If and when our paid membership tier launches, payment processing will be handled by Whop, a third-party platform — we do not collect or store your card details ourselves.
6. Children's Privacy
BullishTools.com is intended for adults interested in trading education and tools, and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, please contact us and we'll remove it.
7. Data Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us, including standard web security practices like HTTPS encryption. That said, no method of transmission over the internet is ever 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Choices & Rights
You can unsubscribe from any email list at any time using the link included in the email, or by contacting us directly. You can also ask us what contact-form information we have on file for you, or ask us to delete it, by reaching out through the Contact page below.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time as the Site and our tools evolve. The version posted here is always the current one — we'll update the date at the top whenever it changes.
10. Contact Us
