A list of tools isn't a workflow. Here's the order these actually run in on a normal morning, and why each one earns its place:
- Finviz finds the names. A saved momentum scan cuts the entire market down to fifteen or twenty tickers before the open.
- TradingView holds the bench. The handful worth watching get charted and marked up — candidates, not positions.
- Webull runs the session. The ticker I'm actually in, the watchlist, and the execution.
- The position size calculator answers the only question that matters before I click buy: how many shares can I take without risking more than I decided to risk?
- The workstation and the dock are what all of that runs on. Boring, until the morning your second monitor doesn't wake up.
Three of those five are free, and the two that aren't were bought with my own money before I ever wrote a word about them. If you're starting out, you can run this entire stack on free plans and a laptop you already own. The hardware pages exist for the point at which you outgrow that — not before.
